Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mysteryshirt.

4. Orders

By placing an order through the Site, you are offering to purchase products for the price displayed at checkout, including shipping costs and applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

If an order is rejected, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe.

Once an order has been accepted, a binding agreement is formed between you and Mysteryshirt.

You may edit or cancel your order within 90 minutes of placing it.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details (including size, address, and product selection) are correct before completing your purchase.

All purchases are subject to availability. If an item is available only for pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the Site.

5. Price and Payments

All prices on the Site are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

You agree to pay:

  • The price of the product(s)

  • Any applicable shipping costs

  • Any applicable taxes

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods available on the Site.

We may offer payments through third-party payment providers, which may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

6. Delivery, Title and Risk

Products will be delivered to the delivery address you provide during checkout.

Please note:

  • Our business address is not a return location

  • Returns must be arranged online via our support team

Delivery times displayed on the Site are estimates only.

Delivery may require:

  • A signature upon delivery

  • Pickup from a designated postal location

  • Delivery to a safe location chosen by the carrier

Ownership (title) of products remains with Mysteryshirt until full payment has been received.

Risk transfers to you once the product has been delivered to the specified delivery address.

7. Returns

We offer returns for eligible products within 100 days of delivery for change-of-mind returns.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • The product must be in unused, “as new” condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • A photo of the product must be provided before shipping the return

  • A return request must be initiated via info@mysteryshirt.com

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

8. Worldwide Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable consumer protection laws.

If a valid claim is confirmed, Mysteryshirt will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Neither party will be liable for consequential or indirect losses

  • Liability will be reduced proportionally where the other party contributed to the loss

  • Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved in the claim

Information on the Site and accompanying product materials are provided for general information purposes only.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Site, including:

  • logos

  • trademarks

  • product designs

  • text

  • graphics

  • images

remain the property of Mysteryshirt.

You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to use the Site for personal purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

11. User Content

Users may submit content such as reviews, comments, or other materials (User Content).

By submitting User Content, you grant Mysteryshirt a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

You confirm that your content:

  • Does not infringe third-party rights

  • Does not violate applicable laws

12. General

Disputes

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.

If unresolved, the parties will attempt mediation, with costs shared equally.

14. Subscription Terms

Kids & Premium Mystery Box Subscription

1. Subscription Overview

By subscribing to the Mysteryshirt Premium Mystery Box, you will receive a unique curated mystery box every month.

Each box contains different premium items, ensuring a unique experience each month.

2. Mandatory Second Month

By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment of two (2) months.

This means:

  • You may cancel at any time

  • However, the second month will always be billed and shipped

This policy prevents misuse of introductory discounts offered to new subscribers.

3. Billing & Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month.

Your payment method will be charged monthly until cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription via:

If cancellation occurs before the second month is billed, it will take effect after the second shipment.

4. Exchanges & Returns

If you receive:

  • An incorrect size

  • The wrong product

You may request a free exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Mystery boxes ship monthly based on your subscription start date.

Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Mysteryshirt is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription at any time through the Recharge customer portal, including:

  • Updating your address

  • Updating payment details

  • Cancelling your subscription

Cancellations take effect after the mandatory second month.

7. Policy Updates

Mysteryshirt reserves the right to update these subscription terms at any time.

Subscribers will be notified in advance of significant changes.
